How can more New Yorkers benefit from the Central Park Conservancy website?
Overview:
Park stakeholders asked us to focus on redesigning the Calendar of event page. Currently the online Calendar of Events at centralparknyc.org/events is hard to navigate and use. It didn’t match with their current brand.

BACKGROUND:
The Central Park Conservancy is a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is to restore, manage, and enhance Central Park in partnership with the public, and also increase fundraising. They would like to position conservancy as caretakers of Central Park, to provide accurately and timely information about events.
Design process

To know where the frustrations are for users and we conducted initial interview to explore user experience of the Central Park Conversancy's website. Immediately following the interview, I facilitated an initial debriefs to discuss hypotheses and hunches from the data.

I created the medium-fidelity wireframes focusing on the functionality test during the user testings and built the mock up into InVision to create a prototyping of the site for testing.
